After coming back to school from the summer vacation, we got a very fresh start as we had two days work shop (i.e., 28 June 2019 and 29 June 2019) on Capacity Building and on Classroom Management.

Workshop started with an activity, Chinese Whisper which was enjoyed by one and all followed by introduction of teachers. After that, various slides were shown in which we learnt that teachers should be role model for students, and teachers have to touch the heart of students and they should be academically sound and upto- date.

After lunch, activity 3 was conducted in which every group had to enact      the given situation based on the classroom management  accumulating naughty and restless students. All the teachers enacted very well and depicted the real life class situation. With a handout and ppt. they involved us in various activities, which reflect how to be an effective teacher, understand , create pleasant and effective physical classroom environment.

On Day two, chart activity was done for managing proper classroom physical arrangement. All participants showed their creativity beautifully. Then we learnt, what to adopt as teaching style and how to manage classroom time.

Searching appropriate behaviour of student among multiple intelligence is very important which can be effected by consequences and rewards.

In this way we can promote a child in a right way to opt for a proper future goal. We also learnt how to manage large class in an effective and adjustable way.

At last above all good lesson planning, preparation and management surpass all the classroom needs. It was a wonderful experience for us teachers where we got a chance to know the abilities and interest.

Various aspects of classroom management involving rules, interpersonal relationship, space management techniques, time management and different teaching styles were discussed.

Emphasis was laid on class management, discipline and organization differential content, conduct and time management and covalent bond. Knowing the importance of covalent bond was known as the childs rate of improvement or sudden decrease in academics. We were also made aware of the 5Ps   Prompt, Patience, Polite, Prepare, and Productive.

. A teacher should have all the above qualities to carry out an effective teaching in her class. We gave positive feedback to our school. Learning through this workshop has been refreshing though most of the rules are already followed by us.

The workshop ended with distribution of participation certificates, presenting a memento to resource person and finally a vote of thanks by Mrs. Neerja Trivedi.

Teacher is one who help others and influences lives forever
