A one-day In-service Training programme for teachers of NDS was held on May 26, 2019 in the school premises. The workshop on Theatrical skills, personality Development was conducted by Ms. Kanchan Negi, Certified International Spur Trainer and a Journalist.
Right in the beginning, through discussion, it was established that with changing times, the challenges faced by teachers in the school have also changed and the need to develop and implement rules and procedures to tackle the same is of utmost importance. At the outset, the teachers were shown a video to help them ascertain certain their individual strength and weakness and the areas that could be improved.
Towards the end of the programme the role of the positive discipline and being a proactive teacher, was emphasised by Mrs. Kanchan Negi.
Overall, it was an excellent refresher for the teachers.
